Manifesto Poster

I am now finish up a promotional piece for myself. A manifesto poster that collects some of the patterns I have developed throughout my years and valuable insights I have gained. The poster contains 8 patterns and 8 insights. Most of the patterns have a deeper meaning that just beautiful. Whether it be evoking feeling or visualising history and tradition.

Stay tune for a more profound explanation of the patterns later. But for now make sure you reflect on the eight insights. Leave a comment and let me know how you apply these or other guidelines.

1. Design for the user
With a real insights of the user the bond and loyalty will become stronger.

2. Slow down and reflect
Reflecting on the past, present and future will give you a greater holistic perspective.

3. Ask the right questions
Start by asking yourself why and the design process will become more stable.

4. Set up goals
Decision comes more natural if you know where to go.

5. Do what you believe in
Basing your design process in a strong belief gives you a better process and final outcome.

6. Communicate and share
Contribute to the society you want to live in. Make people understand what and why I’m doing.

7. Believe in yourself
Designing with confident will make the process and final piece better. Self critique is good to a certain point.

8. Continuos development
The world is ever-changing, so should you. Learning is a lifelong process.
