Company wide learning process

As the year 2019 shifted into 2020 we went through a three-part process to reflect on the past year and draw learning and convert them to actions for 2020. The outcome was company wide alignment on where they were heading and how to get there.

My role

My task was to design and facilitate a process for all employees of the company to learn from failure and successes from the past year. I was the operative part (read actionable part) of the internal Team Design Process, which was comprised by the operational manager and the HR manager. 

The process

Reflection is a cornerstone for progress. Taking time to reflect and develop alternative approaches for the future. The shift of a major event is a great opportunity to reflect, learn and take action. 

Around the shift of the year 2019-2020 I was tasked by the management to create a process for the employees of Unc Inc to review the past year and turn it into action of 2020. 

My designed process was to get the team to do individual reflections and share it with other teams to inspire new insights and enhance the actionable outcome.

Three parts over several weeks

This process was a three part process over the course of one month. First one was an individual team review and reflection session over 2019. The second part was about bringing the teams together to share insights. And the third one was about planning the actions for the future and setting goals for 2020.
